2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

 
In our quest for continuous improvement, Merit has developed an annual survey to monitor and measure our customers’ satisfaction with our company.  Recently, Merit polled our customer base with a six question survey; below are the results:  
 
  • 98% of our customers rate Merit’s quality of part Excellent to Very Good. 1% Rate it as Good.

  • 79% of our customers rate our fill rates & serviceability capabilities as Excellent to Very Good.  15% Rate them as Good.

  • 84% of our customers rate our customer service response time to quotations as Excellent to Very Good.  10% Rate them as Good.

  • 88% of our customers rate our customer service response time to order processing as Excellent to Very Good.  6% Rate them as Good.

  • 85% of our customers rate our on-time delivery as Excellent to Very Good.  12% Rate it as Good.

  • 94% of our customers rate our packaging & shipping as Excellent to Very Good.  3% Rate it as Good.

 
Our goal is to rate 90% or better within the Excellent to Good categories.  Any areas identified by customers needing improvement are addressed to the applicable department where policies and procedures are created in an effort to better our rating.
