In our quest for
continuous improvement, Merit has developed an
annual survey to monitor and measure our
customers’ satisfaction with our company.
Recently, Merit polled our customer base
with a six question survey; below are the
results:

Our goal is to rate
90% or better within the Excellent to Good
categories.
Any areas identified by customers needing
improvement are addressed to the applicable
department where policies and procedures are created
in an effort to better our rating.
