By continually investing in state-of-the-art
manufacturing equipment, Merit is able to
mass-produce pipe nipples that consistently meet and
exceed all industry requirements.
Our nipples are inspected with great
attention to detail and neatly packaged in cardboard
cartons on efficient automated packaging machines.
Use of our PMI (Positive Metal
Identification) and Die-stamping equipment enables
our stainless steel nipples to have complete and
accurate traceability.
In addition to manufacturing nipples, Merit is a leading national master
distributor of related Pipe, Valves and Fittings.
Using a
scientifically designed “qwik pik” system, backed by
a sophisticated data collection system, Merit is
able to fill any size customer order expeditiously
and error free.
We employ a sophisticated pipe wrapping
machine and unique and effective bundling techniques
to ensure that any amount of mill lengths of pipe
arrive at our customers’ docks damage free.
