Due to continued increases in the costs of raw materials most notably Copper, as well as general operating expenses, Merit Brass Company will be implementing the following list price increases which will become effective on May 6th, 2024:

| Brass and Chrome-Plated Brass Pipe Nipples | 12% |
| Brass Ball Valves | 5% |
These increases will be in the form of newly updated list prices. Current discount multipliers will remain in place. Orders placed by the end of the day on May 3rd, 2024, will be honored at current pricing, although we reserve the right to limit quantities based on historical purchases and availability.
