We recognize that this communication comes shortly after our most recent pricing adjustment, and we understand the strain that continued changes can place on your business. Unfortunately, ongoing geopolitical developments and continued volatility in the global stainless steel market have created further disruption across supply chains, shipping routes, and material availability.
These conditions have driven additional increases in landed costs that we are unable to fully absorb while maintaining reliable supply and service levels.
As a result, effective April 7, 2026, Merit Brass will be implementing an adjustment to multipliers impacting the following product category:
· Stainless Steel ANSI Flanges
These adjustments will not be reflected in our published list prices. Please contact your local Merit Brass representative for multiplier details specific to your business. Orders placed by the end of the day on April 6 , 2026 will be honored at current pricing. We reserve the right to limit quantities based on historical purchases and availability.
We do not take these decisions lightly—especially given the timing—and remain committed to minimizing impact wherever possible. Our focus continues to be on providing consistent supply, responsive support, and transparency as market conditions evolve.
