Merit Brass Expands Dallas Distribution Center to 70,000 Square Feet
Dallas, Texas, July 25, 2023 – Merit Brass Co., a leading manufacturer and master distributor in the pipe, valve, and fitting industry, is proud to announce the expansion of its distribution center in Dallas, Texas. The new expansion adds an additional 27,000 square feet to the existing facility, expanding the total to 70,000 square feet. This expansion comes amidst an increase in demand for the products of Merit as well as a need for additional space and enhanced logistics capabilities.
This expansion will increase Merit’s overall capacity and improve operational efficiencies within the distribution center. The added space will allow Merit Brass to better serve its customers with increased inventory levels and serviceability, enhanced response and shipping times, overnight shipment opportunities, improved order accuracy, and a more efficient supply chain.

The new expansion includes state-of-the-art racking systems, updated lighting, and increased pipe availability. In addition, the Dallas Distribution Center now has a larger receiving area and expanded shipping docks to handle increased freight volume. With all the enhancements made to this facility, Merit will continue to provide a safe and efficient work environment for employees.
